FILM SPECIFICATIONS

Film - Negatives

Emulsion: RRED (Right Reading Emulsion Down).

Angle: Normal Imagesetters Angles (or) Cyan 105%, Magenta 75%, Yellow 90%, Black 45%.

Marks: Make sure all films have register marks plus corner marks, and the process color is marked on each film.

Line Screen:

Sheet fed Offset Uncoated - Max 133 lines.

Sheet fed Coated - Max 175 lines.

Web Offset Heat Press Coated- Max 150 Lines.

Web Offset Heat Press Uncoated - Max 100 lines.

Web Offset Cold Press Uncoated - Max 100 lines.

Press Gains:

Sheet fed Offset Uncoated - 20%.

Sheet fed Coated - Colors 12% Black 16%

Web Offset Heat Press Coated- Colors 20% Black 25%.

Web Offset Heat Press Uncoated - 25-30%.

Web Offset Cold Press Uncoated - All colors 30%.
