MAILING SOLUTIONS

Addressing: We can provide Cheshire labeling and ink jetting.

Preparing: Your database lists must be saved in ASCII delimited format. Most any software will have a SAVE TO ASCII comma delimited option. When supplying a disk, email attachment or file via FTP, you must in an email or on your disk declare domestic, Canadian and foreign quantities, so we can compare and make sure your file is valid. 

Direct Mail: We have production facilities for many different kinds of direct mail solutions. Please inquire about your own specific need.

Permits: These are available at no charge for Bulk Mail; for non-profit and periodical status, your permit can be transferred to our post office to facilitate your mailing.

The estimated cost of postage must be paid in full before any mailing is delivered to the post office.
